BAGS AND STATIONERY ITEMS DONATED TO 10 THOUSAND STUDENTS BY KARATAY MUNICIPALITY WERE ON THE DESKS ON THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL.

To reduce the educational burden of families, Karatay Municipality continued its support of bags and stationery items for the Grade 1 students who started primary school in the district for two years. Karatay Mayor Hasan Kılca, together with Yavuz Güner, the  Karatay District Governor, and Sami Sağdıç, the Karatay District Director of National Education both shared the excitement of the Kuvayı Milliye Primary School students on the first day of the 2022-2023 School Year donated bags and stationery items of Karatay Municipality. Hasan Kılca, the Mayor of Karatay, underlined that their support for education continues to increase, and said, "We, the municipality, continue to do what is required to increase the quality of education in the district."  Yavuz Güner, the Karatay District Governor, also thanked Mayor Hasan Kılca for the support of Karatay Municipality to education.

More than 10 thousand students who started the 1st grade of primary school in Karatay this year were donated by the Karatay Municipality on the first day of school.

Stationery support consists of a set of 14 stationery items, a school bag, and a lunch box including a pencil holder, 12 dry paints, 12 crayons, exercise pens, a calligraphy notebook, a black pencil, a red pencil, a transparent file, abacus, counting stick, counting bean and coloring book.

Karatay Mayor Hasan Kılca, Yavuz Güner, the  Karatay District Governor, and Sami Sağdıç, the Karatay District Director of National Education both shared the excitement of the students on the first day of the 2022-2023 School Year and distributed their support consisting of a school bag and lunch box containing 14 stationery items to the students at Karatay Kuvayı Milliye Primary School.

Wishing his best wishes to the education community for the 2022-2023 New School Year, Karatay Mayor Hasan Kılca underlined that they continue to support education.

Mayor Hasan Kılca said, “We, Karatay Municipality, continue to do what is required to increase the quality of education in our district by using all means available. As a municipality, we have completed six education facilities in our district and delivered them to our National Education Directorate. We build artificial astroturfs and sports halls in compliance with FIFA norms in the gardens of all suitable schools in our district. We meet almost all the needs of our schools. We are together with our students for traditional support in our district. This year, we continue to provide bags and stationery items to 10 thousand students who started primary school in Karatay. This support makes both our families and our children happy. Karatay Municipality will continue to stand by our children when it comes to education. I hereby congratulate the 2022-2023 New School Year of the entire education community.”

Our students, teachers, and families get excited together. We wanted to be here both to share the excitement of our children in these first days and to distribute the support given by our Karatay Municipality to all students newly starting school. I hereby congratulate the Mayor of Karatay for his contribution to education.”

Sami Sağdıç stated that Karatay Municipality provided bags and stationery support to all students who started primary school in Karatay this year, as it did in the last two years, and thanked Karatay Mayor Hasan Kılca for these contributions.
